Early Adopter Sponsorship Campaign Terms & Conditions

By applying for a free early adopter sponsorship slot on DiseaseWatch UK, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Right of Refusal

DiseaseWatch UK reserves the right to reject, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any sponsorship application or active sponsor at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We strictly vet applications to ensure all sponsors are legitimate veterinary practices or pet-related services relevant to the community.

2. Duration of the Free Tier

The "Free Early Adopter Tier" is a promotional offer. DiseaseWatch UK reserves the right to terminate this free tier and introduce paid sponsorship plans at any time. Active early adopters may be notified prior to any required transition to a paid plan and will not be automatically charged.

3. No Guarantees

Sponsorship slots are provided "as is." DiseaseWatch UK does not guarantee any specific amount of website uptime, ad visibility, impressions, clicks, or resulting business from the sponsorship.

4. Content Liability & Fraud

The sponsoring clinic or business is entirely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of their provided ad copy (message), logo, and the destination website they are linking to. Sponsors are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their identity, services, or qualifications. DiseaseWatch UK assumes no liability for the content provided by sponsors, nor for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from user interactions with third-party sponsor websites or fraudulent advertisements.

5. No Official Endorsement

Displaying a sponsored ad on the DiseaseWatch UK map does not constitute an official endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation by DiseaseWatch UK regarding the clinic's veterinary medical practices, staff, or business operations.

6. Postcode Allocation per Ad & Editorial Independence

Each individual sponsorship ad slot or campaign is limited to a maximum of 5 outward postcode districts (outcodes). If a veterinary practice or organization wishes to support more than 5 districts, they may submit additional sponsorship ads with distinct sets of up to 5 postcodes. Sponsoring a postcode confers visual branding and partner identification only; sponsors hold zero editorial control or influence over epidemiological outbreak reports and biosecurity alerts within any sponsored district.
